Our services
We specialise in pairing our carers with clients that are best suited to their needs. We offer live in care, daily care and hourly care.
All the carers we provide must have completed a DBS check and had their identity training and right to work in the UK verified. We provide copies of any references, qualifications, or training certificates to clients on their request.
We know care needs change over time so our support doesn’t end once you’ve found your match. We will be there to help you with any new requirements, as they come up and we will respond quickly to find the support you need.
How It works
- We talk to our clients to understand their needs.
- We identify and provide suitable carers to our clients.
- We keep in regular touch to make sure you feel happy and settled with your client.
- We are always available if you need additional support.
- Carers will ensure that the client feels safe, comfortable and well supported.
Once we’ve done our initial evaluation; the care package is confirmed and the carer starts their assignment.
Fees
Like all other agencies, we charge a fee for our services after discussing and evaluating your needs to provide the best care possible. Please note that all the carers we provide are self-employed.
